][ GIF will convert most .gif files to HiRES or DHR. I think TO.Paint
uses DHR, so that might get you started. Works best with b/w .gif
files... I usually scale them to 280x192 in Photoshop and apply whatever
dithering looks best (usually 'pattern'). Haven't really used TO.Paint
much, so I can't help beyond that.
