Perfect
: solution! My main concern was maintaining multiple backups of
my hard
: drive... with this setup I have access to Mac server via
AppleTalk as
: well as the option to upload files to my shell account via
modem,
: without having to sacrifice my [all important] 5.25" floppy :)
My solution was to put the hard drive in slot 5,
Superdrive controller in slot 6 for 3.5" and then
Disk II/5.25 controller in slot 7 for 5.25 drives.
I have boot slot set to slot 6, then with nothing
in 3.5" drive, I have time to hit control-reset and
type PR#7 to boot a 5.25, which I rarely do. 8-)
