Identifying this MDIdeas card...

During a thrift-shop raid last night I came across what appeared to be a SuperSonic card by MDIdeas. When I opened the box, however, the card included was not the one pictured on the box, and I can find no way to plug it in to the IIgs.

"SuperSonic Digitizer by MDIdeas" is printed down one edge of the board. There's a small black dial mounted on the PCB - looks like a POT. The RCA plug on this board is set near the center, rather than at the edge as displayed on the box. It has a blue female 12-pin edge-connector plug with "BRRCSULLINS" and "EZC1ZDREN-S13" stamped on it. Soldered to the board are 3 light-blue 16V 10 microfarad caps labelled "Mouser"; a 16-pin IC labelled "CD74HC4051E RCA H 724"; what appear to be 4 fuses labelled "10001 50SY"; and 2 8-pin Texas Instruments ICs stamped "719 X B TL072CP"

Is this the "Pro" daughterboard card for the regular SuperSonic digitizer?
