There's a wire you can clip/unplug inside the power supply that'll kick it
over to 240V operation.  IIRC, it's a green wire loop near the input
capacitors.  (Apple should've put a switch on the case, like you get with
every other computer.  They fixed this oversight with their later machines,
as my beige G3 has such a switch on it.)
