<< I was looking on ebay for anyone selling these - that was my first means
of trying to find out WTF it did (people generally have useful info in
their descriptions ... well at least sometimes.) Seems as though
they're a rare piece. Maybe one day I should trawl through the vicious
pile of unopened documentation in the cupboard and actually muck around
with these things. As it was, when we got the apple 2 I was too young to
understand anything more than the games on it... Only now am I having
a proper mess around with any of it.
BTW thanks for your prompt answers guys. >>
I have sold some in the past, and I have a few more yet to post up on eBay.
The ones I had and still have are brand new sealed packages. I was selling
them with 3 unopened 256K expansions kits as well. They came from a school
district near Dallas a few years ago. I probably had 30 of them at one time.
They use plain 256K by 1 DRAM chips.
