Thanks for the info, Bill! This looks like a good alternative, and it looks
like it would also support the 2.5" IDE hard drives, if there's enough power
available. The CF card would probably be the most practical solution
though, and it would probably take me forever to do enough writes to the
card to wear it out. If I read the specs for the card properly, the 256MB
CF card would be the largest capacity that it would make sense to buy, since
it looks like it will support at most 8 partitions of 32MB each. Seeing as
how I've never come close to filling up a 10MB Sider hard drive on the IIe,
I'll probably just pick up a 128MB CF and leave it at that.
