I don't but can certainly order one from DigiKey.
They have a 27c256 chip, with the following specs:
CMOS 120NS 256K (32K x 8) Parallel 28-CDIP 5V
If that looks right I can order one and send it to you. Are they socketed
or soldered on the TWGS daughterboard?
