At one time, the abortion that was released as Quickdraw GX on
the Macintosh had the tentative name "Quickdraw II". I pointed
out to the engineers that the name was already taken.

It's a shame that the last model they designed, code named Tenspeed,
was not released to production.
There were also several earlier cancelled Apple II CPU designs, including
one that had both a 6502 and a 68000, and one that was ARM-based. I'm
not sure whether the ARM-based one had both an ARM and a 6502, or ran
a 6502 simulator on the ARM.
