  Appole got blasted for using non PC friendly boxes.  The white boxes
they
started out with were bleached to turn them white, or painted white, the

go round they used the shiny boxes.  They finally got on the recycle
bandwagon
and used the brown boxes.

Yes, I have an Apple pamphlet somewhere around here about the change to
environmentally friendly boxes.  I still prefer the glossy ones.
