PC Exchange will work with System 7.0.1. You can just take the control
panel from 7.5.x and drop it on your closed sytem folder. 
If you don't want to download the whole 7.5 installer (19 floppies!!!)
try www.jagshouse.com -- quite a bit of old mac help there.
You'll also want to pick up a copy of ProTYPE and ShrinkII from
Ground(?)... then you can make bootable Prodos floppies on your mac :)
