(Q) Apple II 256k Memory Expansion & Bag Of Tricks

Just a couple questions I'm hoping someone can help out with:

(1) The Apple II 256k Memory Expansion Kit

This is for the chips only, it seems.  Is there any place to get the
board that uses these chips?

(2) Quality Software's "Bag Of Tricks"

I have a copy of "Bag Of Tricks" but see that there's a sequel to it
called "Bag Of Tricks 2".  Thing is, it looks like it contains the
exact same utilities.  Am I missing something obvious? What's the
difference between the two?  Or is Bag Of Tricks 2 for ProDOS or
something like that?
