Logos are unusual by themselves, and sometimes fetch unreasonable
prices (e.g.:  twice the price of the whole computer!  ;-), possibly
because their shipping costs are negligible.

Whole IIgs machines are very inexpensive on eBay (usually $5-$10),
so you may want to get one--or just have it's cover or logo shipped.

See above.  ;-)  (Maybe, ship logo and motherboard...)

Pascal format does not hinder saving the disks as images, either
with ADT or using ShrinkIt.  (Ironically, a full set of PFS: applications
was just auctioned on eBay for $9.38 US.)

I don't have any PFS: data, but if it is word processor documents,
the probability is high that just reading the files as ASCII--possibly
flipping the high bit--will recover the text (after editing out garbage).
