FWIW, FishWings worked fine for me on HR and DHR.  The main difference
between FW and CP is that CP handles half-pixel shifting for hires and
has selectable DHR conversion modes.

CP handles HR, DHR, and all forms of SHR except the PaintWorks format that
didn't get documented anywhere I could find.  CP doesn't do GIF or JPEG
because your average web browser will do a fine job.  Handling MacPaint
files would probably be a nice addition.
