Thanks for the feedback Andy. FishWings stores the user preferences in an
".ini" file in the FishWings directory.  I recently heard (but have been unable
to confirm) that Windows XP professional, by default, does not allow a program
to write to a file in its own directory.  If that is true it could possibly
cause the problems mentioned by Michael.
