Well, lets see, scrink, scrink, scrink, bonk (sound of drive connector being
disconnected from PC Transporter and then GS booting). Now, booting PC
Transporter from hard drive image file on ProDOS partition. OK, confirmed, you
can boot MS/DOS (version 5.0) from the hard drive image without any floppy
drive connected to the PC Transporter.
Its been quite a while (8 to 10 years) since I set up an MS/DOS disk image so I
won't pretend to remember how you go about it.
The PC Transporter does come with a PC program called "Transfer.exe" that can
be used to move files back and forth between ProDOS and the MS/DOS disk image
and as Peter says MUG will do the same from the Apple end.
Incidentally, I have never used a Transdrive with the PC Transporter. I just
plug my Apple 3.5" 800K drive into the PC Transporter port (do not do this with
a 3.5" UniDisk) and use it for both ProDOS and MS/DOS. Have you tried that?
