It's actually referred to as a "lie". :-) Did anyone else notice the
cable end having "TOP" written on it? There isn't even a face plate
clamp on that cable end. If it were "from the factory", it would have
an Apple brand Super Serial Card with external DB-25 connector. There
appears to be a floppy disk controller, mouse card and some other DB-25
connector on the back of it. Did they come from the factory with the
CAPSlock already down? Does an "un-enhanced" model come with no sticker
at all over the light?
I have an opened box, unopened bag, platinum IIe and it is in a pink
bag with no cards and no face pates missing. Mine has a shrink-wrapped
package of manuals and software. I would think the seller would have
included a picture of these, as well as the inside of the box with new
Styrofoam if it were a new, unopened model.
