The Apple II FAQs list the IIgs error codes at <http://home.swbell.net/
rubywand/Csa2ERRLIST.html> Error $110A is "idBadRecordErr", if that
helps any. Have you tried checking the boot disk? From the Finder select
the disk icon, then File/Validate to check the disk directory. Also try
Disk/Verify to do a low-level check of all the disk blocks.
