For some reason IE6.0 burped when I tried to view/print the png graphics, so
I converted the set of 4 pages into an Adobe PDF and uploaded it to Asimov
under the name 'Macrosoft reference.pdf'

It is in the 'incoming' area now
(ftp.apple.asimov.net/pub/apple_II/incoming) and will presumably be
relocated by the operator.
