It is _extremely_ unlikely that more than a dozen of those disks
contain any original writing.
Apple 5.25" disks were small by today's standards, but each
could hold at least 120KB of user data, which is about 50-60
pages. So ten of them is 500-600 pages of text--quite a lot of
human output.
I'm sure they are labeled in a coherent way (this guy clearly
was a dedicated user), and a little study will reveal which
few disks are the important (to an author) ones. The vast
majority are probably programs and backups of programs
and data.
