Two is plenty, four is better... at one point I had four DuoDisks on one
of my IIes - now that's mass storage ;-)

When did GS/OS arrive? I thought it was in '88... surely it was an
attempt to simulate the features of Macintosh OS??? I may be
historically inaccurate, but I thought MacOS popped up in '84...

For my money ProDOS is an excellent OS - pretty intuitive for a
command-line UI - DOS 3.3's lack of directories makes it seem a little
too arcane for me...
