It is the button next to the 80 column button (just above the keyboard).
It remaps the keyboard layout to the Dvorak scheme (but only on US model //c
systems). On an international //c it swaps between US ASCII and the appropriate
foreign layout. Here in Australia all it does is change the # symbol into the
UK pound currency symbol - and as both have the same ASCII value the only
difference is purely cosmetic (ie what is displayed on the screen).
