A basic program:

10 PRINT "hello"

I tried it no matter how many time I run it it always acts the same way, it
just prints hello. I tried several more programs everytime I ran any
program it always acted the same way when the input was the same. I could
never get any program to not be static. Every program I ran still had the
same results no matter how many times I ran them.

Obviously I am wrong if the results remain static it's not a program.

And I thought that simple spread-sheets I wrote on CP/M machines to help
create estimates were programs. I charged people for programming.
