Re: Sider/ SASI Info



The Sider terminator info I posted was incorrect. This has the correct info.

Sider Terminator construction:
The terminator has eleven outputs. Each output is connected to a two
resistor voltage divider. The eleven voltage dividers are connected
in parallel between 18 ground pins and one pin with +5V.


Materials:
Male DB37 connector.
Eleven 330 Ohm resistors
Eleven 220 Ohm resistors
or a DIP resistor pack with these values.


220 ohm resistors, common pin is 29. I assume this has +5V.
The junction of each pair of resistors goes to one each of
pins 13, 14, 16, 20-27.

330 ohm resistors common pins are 1-10 and 30-37. I assume these are ground.
