I've got a device that looks like a really old modem made by Novation
Inc. Maybe someone could help me identify it.
On the back it has a sticker that says Novation Inc.

I have scoured the web looking for this model number and can't really
find anything regarding this device. I've noticed a lot of apple II
discussions which involved Novation modems, and this is the closest
reference I can find.
