I would say it is a European Apple. Here in Australia we get a lot of
European stuff (in particular from the UK - being pal and english speaking
etc.)
I did notice on the 3 key it had both the # and pound symbol, and was
curious as to how you could switch between the two. The switch I am on-about
would be it.
