Here are the switch settings I'm using:

  SW1-1 off      SW2-1 on
    1-2 off        2-2 on
    1-3 off        2-3 off
    1-4 off        2-4 on
    1-5 on         2-5 off
    1-6 on         2-6 off
    1-7 on         2-7 off
