OK, since you have the ability to do a DOS transfer, do it following the 
instructions by Delfs without using a comm program.  These work 
flawlessly EVERY time.  :)  (Set baud to 300, 'type' the file to the 
comm port, save the file and reboot apple, run the adt program on the PC 
side, configurte both machines for 19200baud and start flinging diskss 
back and forth.)
