//e enhanced -- display problem??

I have an enahnced //e with 64k/80 col card (don't believe it is an original
apple card).  When viewing color graphics like HRG on the monitor (an apple
color monitor 2e - A2M2056) the graphics and text all seem to be odd colors.
Almost like the red, green, and blue don't line up properly.  Certain
'segments' of the text are different colors, and the graphics almost seem
'fuzzy'.

Does anyone know what might be the problem or have any ideas?  Could it be a
monitor or other hardware problem?  I have tried using different video
cables, but no luck.
