apple sales email contact...

I am new to MAC. I purchased an ibook last week and fedex misdelivered
to another address. They are telling me I might get it in a week.
Apple charged my account. I want to contact apple, but, their phone
lines are always on wait for 20+minutes.
Is there anyway I can contact them by email. There is no email contact
in their emails sent to me.
