Yes the RGB monitor is plugged into the D15 on the card. I have also
noted that it has 4 inputs which are TTL levels, and correspond to the
4 bits of lo-res colors. There are 2 dip switches on the card for
selecting default text color. (programs aware of this card can change
it on the fly, unaware programs can sometimes accidentally trigger it
causing multicolored text)

I remember messing around the control panel, changing to monochrome,
seeing everything still in color and forgot to change back. you learn
something new everyday :)
