Not that I know of.  This is probably due to the fact that if they are
going to make a file available for people to download it is easier to
just make the already entered program available so the user doesn't
need to enter it.  Even if they do make a text file of an Applesoft
program available, you don't need to type it in yourself, you can just
EXEC the text file on your Apple II and it will enter the program for
you and if the text file doesn't already include a SAVE command, you
just need to save it when it finishes.
