Moreover, if you set up an GS/OS alias to a network volume, it will bring up a
login dialog (username/password) to mount the volume when the alias is opened
with no trouble.  With a little tinkering one might be able to modify an alias
file to point to a network volume that can't be temporarily hooked up via
LocalTalk to make an alias directly (e.g., a newer Mac).  One could use this to
mount/unmount volumes without having to use the AppleShare Cdev.
