Sorry about being too subtle, but I was having some fun and thought you
were too (the black shutter on manual inject drives slipped my mind). My
Quadra 950 "question" was almost a word per word copy of the G3 one.

You are correct, but think that the Quadra 700 is also auto-inject. I
usually stick to models with auto-inject drives to create IIc+ and IIgs
boot disks.
