Transwarp (IIe) Clarification - RAMFactor 512k

Hey all!

     Today, on a lucky trip to Goodwill Computerworks here in Austin, I 
managed to snag a IIe with a Transwarp card rattling around inside with 
a bunch of other cards (a RAMFactor, 5.25 IO Controller, Mouse card, PP 
ProClock, PP Graphics w/o cable... but I digress), and all for $10.

     Now, on my roommate's identification of the card, I looked in the 
FAQ for information on its dip switches.  This is taken verbatim from 
the "rev054 September 2002" copy of the FAQ, Accelerator Question 003:

Bank1: Sw 1-7 -> Change to OPEN if there is a memory card that uses the
"Langauge Card bank switching technique". (Normally CLOSED)

Bank1: Sw 1-7 -> Change to OPEN if the plug in card must be accessed at 
1 MHz
(Normally CLOSED.  OPEN for Floppy diskette controllers)

My question is this:

    Is that a typo (ie: is the second Bank1 list really 'Bank2'?), and 
if it's true, what's the second bank of DIP switches for?  Also, if 
anyone knows, what's the purpose of the bank of eight 41256-15s on the 
uppermost row, component side, for?

    Finding this card is just about the best thing to happen to me 
since  a friend gave me my first IIgs, complete with ZipGSX. :)

    I'd also like to request ANY information on the RAMFactor card by 
AE.  Mine's apparently populated halfway (512k from what I've found 
online), but I'm curious as to the use of the cards, what 
drivers/software are needed to fully utilize the card (RAMWorks for 
Appleworks, right?) or any other information one may have.
