ANNOUNCE: Web-based BBS for Apple Collectors

There's quite a lack in information and support for people who are more
focused on Apple computers as collectors items and not just the usage of
them. I'm one of those collector types, so I've taken it upon myself to do
something about it. On my BBS, I created the following forums for
collectors:

- Legacy Computer Models: Focusing on Apple Computer-related computers,
including Apple II/III, Macintosh, and clone compatibles. Discussions should
be based around the theme of "collecting" and not the "use" of the
computers. Good topics include cleaning computers, hardware modifications,
etc.

- Legacy Operating Systems: Focusing on legacy operating systems for Apple
computers, including DOS 3.x, ProDOS, Macintosh System Software 1.x through
9.x. Theme should focus around the idea of finding, installing and
maintaining legacy OS's.

- Legacy Software: Focusing on software designed to run on Apple II/III,
Macintosh, and related clone compatibles. Theme should revolve around legacy
software that will run on earlier operating systems.

- Non-Technical Related Collectibles: Focusing on items related to Apple
Computer, but are not technical in any way. This includes things like
posters, stickers, books/manuals/magazines, clothing, bags, desk
accessories, etc.

- Items Wanted or For Sale: Focusing on the transaction of Apple related
items for sale or wanted. Items posted on auction sites are acceptible.
However please indicate in the subject "FS: xxxx" for items not on auction,
and "FA: xxxx" for items on auction.

- Your Opinion: This forum is designed to let you speak your mind about
legacy Apple technologies. Also use this forum to reply to the posted
opinion topics.

The BBS is based on phpBB 2.0.3 by the phpBB Group. And, though it's
physically located in Vancouver, BC, it's being administered from Hawaii.
