I have fumigated the gs and now all bugs and problems SHOULD be out of the
system.  If this reaches comp.sys.apple2 it is up and running.  

Again, untill a null modem connection is available, telnet in : WAIT till
connect 9600 message, and if you cannot see your type - press Control Z it will
fix..  When you get logged on, go to define parms and set your backspace mode,
it helps alot.
