Hi folks,
what I'm looking for is a good Apple II emulator for Windows
environment. I prefer freeware emulator, with run-in-window option.
To this moment I tried at least 2 different Apple II emulators (Oasis
& AppleWin), but I'm confused because weird joystick functionality.
Everytime I'm going to play the test game Bruce Lee on any Apple II
emulator, I can't define keys for playing the game.
Do you have any recommendations how can I redefine keys in emulator to
simulate Apple joystick correctly? This complicated process with
calibrating the joystick and defining keys as alternatives for
joystick movement just doesn't work for me :-(
Alternatively I can use Gravis Xterminator joypad. Do you have any
idea how can I successfuly remap Apple emulated joystick to PC Gravis
Xterminator?
Thank you very much in advance for any tips, hints, howtos, or
emulator config recommendations.
Best regards
Stanley
