Can .dsk files be expanded to a 3.5" disk?

I currently do not have any operational 5.25 drives. (I am in Hilo,
Hawaii and the mail is a little slow just now ...) Is there a way to
expand .dsk files to a 3.5" drive or hard drive. I have two
operational super drives. Thanks for the help.
