Since the monitors are not actually made by Apple, but only OEMed,
they are not free to publish the schematic except to authorized service
providers.  Of course, such information can find its way to market
occasionally.

Since it was damaged in shipment, and not in use, it is very probable
that the fault is mechanically caused, and easily visible.  (A diagram
would be most useful for locating an electronic fault.)

Carefully disassemble the monitor and look for mechanically broken
parts or PC boards.  If it is the CRT that is broken, you may need to
find another monitor.  In general, insurance is a good idea for shipping
monitors, since mishandling is common, and good packing is less
common.  ;-(
