Well you confused the heck out of me. IN#2 will do you no good here. Dos3.3
is not needed for any files you are dealing with here. It sounds like you
have ADTgs up and working on the Apple. Get ADTwin :

With ADT working on the apple and the pc you can xfer files between machines
on a null connection.

A text file with FILESTART is a binscii encoded file and you will need to
use BINSCII to convert it to a working binary.

Also consider fishwings for managing .dsk images on the pc.
