Use Stuffit Expander or MacBinary.

StuffIt Expander is included with the standard installation of Mac OS
7.6 and later, but you might have to download and install it with
earlier versions, which will be rather tricky. If you have a CD-ROM
drive on the Mac, you might be able to get it from a CD included with a
magazine like MacAddict, or find a friendly Mac user nearby who can give
you a copy of a compatible version of it on floppy.

The IIe card software doesn't work in Mac OS 7.6 or later, and requires
that "32-bit addressing" be turned off in the Memory control panel.
