ViewSonic make a TV tuner box for VGA monitors. It has its own TV tuner,
plus it can take input from S-video, composite or RGB sources.
Unfortunately, the RGB input only seems to be intended as a pass-through
so a computer (with VGA output) can be left plugged in to the box, it
appears that there is no signal conversion done on the RGB inputs.
