No (at least not without some VERY serious hacking) - they're notinterchangeable.

the 110 vs 220 volt problem... Since it has RGB output, video standard

Well, no - I live in 220 land, and have a 110v USA IIGS; the powersupply is different, but the motherboard worked fine in both(video/Volt) modes.
