Yes, Radio Shack should have 74 series TTL logic chips. Do not take 7411, 74S11
as those are the standard and Schottky versions. An LS should still be
available. I do not know if the 74F11, 74HCT11, 74ACT11 or any other type will
work. If you get the latter, buy one, try it and see - it should do NO damage -
it might just not work.
