1. You can't.  You can however take a DSDD 5.25" diskette and 'type in
DOS' and format a blank diskette so you can boot the thing to a DOS
prompt.  This is best accomplished via ADT, and you ill need to make a
null modem cable.

Of course what I recommend is to just ask around and see what folks will
send you for the cost of postage and disks.  We tend to be a friendly
