ROM For GSRAM in ROM 3

Ok, I've got my AE GSRAM card all working fine in a ROM 1.  Now I'd like to
use it in my ROM 3, but it doesn't work.  Does anyone know where I can get
the updated ROM for the ram card that will let it work in a ROM 3 GS???
