I think you want an upgraded PAL chip (programmed array logic). IIgs
RAM cards don't contain any ROM.
If it is a GSRAM (maximum of 1.5 MB of RAM, using 256Kx1 chips), then
there apparently is no such upgrade available. AE only did a ROM 3
compatibility upgrade PAL for the GSRAM PLUS (maximum of 6 MB of RAM,
using 1Mx1 chips).
