It is a 14.318630 MHz crystal, as the description says.

This is the master clock source used in the Apple ][ or ][+, from which
most of the video and CPU timing is derived.

Probably.

I'd have to look up a reference manual to decipher this.

Don't know this one either.

This is a 16K (bit) RAM chip, as the description says. You would need
to get them in groups of eight.

Yes. The numbers (341-0001 etc.) are the Apple part numbers, with "341"
being one of the prefixes they use for ROMs, and the remaining four
digits being a sequence number which identifies the specific ROM. These
are the first four ROMs that Apple Computer released, so they must be
Integer BASIC, etc. 341-0004 is the Old Monitor ROM.

Quite likely.

Definitely (it was listed later.)

That is probably the "Programmer's Aid #1" ROM chip, which can be
installed in the D0 socket in conjunction with Integer BASIC, i.e. an
original Apple ][, or an Integer BASIC firmware card.

This is one of the chips from the disk controller card (16 sector
version, i.e. DOS 3.3).

Don't know.
