Check the Apple II FAQs at:

That will describe the details of several ways to accomplish
your goal.

But don't assume that your old floppies are bad.  If they were
stored without being compressed, away from magnetic fields,
and in a clean, dry place, they should be fine.

I have lots of disks from the 80's, and they are all fine.
(A few that I acquired since were not so fortunate, since some
have a fungus growth on the surface of the magnetic medium.)
