VERY COOL!  THANKS for the hard work!

I'll work on reformatting this tonight into binary numbers, to look
for patterns (The patterns in decimal are easy to see, but combined w/
a schematic, it may be easier to deal with in binary)....

The four groups are for the combinations of Pin 1 and Pin 11, but
which group goes to which combination?  Since everything else is in
order, I assume the groups, top to bottom, are 00, 01, 10, 11, where
Pin 1 is the first digit, and Pin 11 is the second digit... Is this
right?

Also, there are some gaps where no output is shown... Should I assume
these are zeroes?

I also will trace out a schematic... It's possible we can eliminate
some of these values based on a schematic....
